Contrary to what we see on social media or tv, the holidays aren't always a cheerful time of year for many people. Loneliness, overwhelm, grief, stress, and family conflict (among others) can make the holidays difficult. Join us for this weekly, online group to gain information and support on surviving (and maybe even thriving) during the holidays.
This program offers a supportive space for individuals dealing with anxiety around political events and social issues. Through guided discussions and practical exercises, participants will learn to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and build resilience in the face of political turmoil. This group provides education on mindfulness, boundaries, and healthy coping techniques. Connect with others experiencing similar concerns and gain tools to stay grounded and focused on personal well-being in challenging times.
